Mission
Charter I Management was formed on this simple principle: to assist owners in positioning and maintaining their property at its highest value and best use.
Experience & Knowledge
As we take over the responsibility for a building, you will no longer have to spend your time taking care of details or worrying about your property. We like to think of our process as “Management with Attention to Detail,” in all facets of commercial property management including:
- Building excellent relationships with tenants by giving each tenant prompt service and personal attention. Charter I strives to have a good understanding of each tenant’s current and future space requirements.
- Closely monitoring expenses in an effort to get the best value for services provided. The primary goal is to maintain each property managed in a first-class manner while keeping expenses consistent with comparable properties.
- Works with other leasing agents, careful tenant credit screening and qualification, and representing owners in the negotiation of leases.
- Identifying renovation and leasing opportunities that enhance the market position of a property. This includes negotiating with existing tenants to relocate their spaces to create a more advantageous space allocation.
- Budgeting, accounting and reporting.
